Shipping costs for orders depend upon the method and option you choose. Our standard method of shipment is Fedex Ground, with UPS as an alternate.  We will ship to international locations by the most economical means practical which may be by other carriers than listed above.  These orders can be placed by calling 877-426-4584.  All tracking information will be entered in the customer's account, which can be accessed any time by logging into our site.

Returns

H2O Health Solutions will accept returns of unused and undamaged products in original sealed packaging within 14 days of delivery (ninety days for Wellness kitchen filter, whole house filter, and shower filter).  Food items and personal products such as inhalers are not returnable.  Return shipping and insurance will be the responsibility of the customer.  The customer will be refunded the full purchase price of the product minus the cost of shipping and a 5% restocking fee.  If the item was shipped for free, the customer will be refunded the original purchase price minus actual cost of shipping plus the restocking fee.  Please call 877-426-4584 for return instructions.
