Replacement 16 inch 36W UV-C Germicidal Lamp (Fits Blue, Hurricane, Airtronics 1 Lamp).  Two bulbs are required for the Calutech Blue and Hurricane.  The bulbs should be changed annually for maximum effectiveness.
