Aloha Nu Organic Coconut Oil 32 oz $22.95
Aloha Nu Organic Coconut Oil 32 oz

Aloha Nu Virgin Organic Coconut Oil, our new standard!

All coconut oil is not the same.  The highest grade is pure virgin, cold pressed, raw, and organic.  Within that category there are still major differences in taste and quality.

In our quest to constantly update our products and carry only the best, we spent the last several months testing oils from all over the world.  In the end, our tasting panel unanimously chose Aloha Nu as the best.  The oil has the light sweet aroma and flavor
of fresh coconuts.  Now, due to popular demand,
all of our Aloha Nu products ship in glass jars - even the gallon size!

Aloha Nu TM Extra Virgin Coconut Oil has a delicious, delicate coconut aroma and flavor. It’s so good you can eat it by the spoon

It’s almost like eating fresh coconut cream, but without the sugar. Aloha Nu TM Extra Virgin Coconut Oil is a premium quality oil. This is evidenced by its appearance, aroma, and flavor.

How do you tell a premium quality coconut oil from the rest? The highest quality coconut oils are a pure white when solid (below 76 degrees F) and crystal clear when liquid (above 76 degrees F). This is what you get with Aloha Nu TM Extra Virgin Coconut Oil.

Lower-quality oils are made from sun-dried coconut (copra) that is often contaminated with mold and bacteria. This type of oil may be slightly yellow or gray. The discoloration is caused by residual contaminants in the oil.

All virgin coconut oils are made from fresh coconuts, never from copra. Most virgin oils are cold pressed but in further processing require added heat to remove residual moisture.  If the moisture is not removed the oil will have a very limited shelf life (less than 3-6 months).

This heating process gives the oil a roasted or smoky flavor you notice with many brands and which many people find disagreeable. Although some people will claim that their oil is “cold pressed” or even raw, you can tell if heat has been used in processing by the flavor.

Our Extra Virgin Coconut Oil is truly 100% raw. The word “Extra” is used to signify that the oil is completely raw. No heat has been used in any stage of processing. Aloha Nu TM Extra Virgin Coconut Oil is not made from dried coconut but from fresh, rich coconut cream. Coconut oil is separated from the cream using a centrifuge with no added heat. The highest temperature the oil sees is 104 degrees F. This is well below the heat living and growing coconuts experience on the trees in the hot tropical sun. Consequently, all the nutrients, such as vitamin E, remain in the oil. This is a living oil full of nutrition, the way nature made it. This is why our oil retains a delicate coconut aroma and flavor, without the roasted taste.

Not all virgin coconut oils are of the same quality. How do you tell them apart? As the old saying goes: the proof is in the pudding. Take the taste test and see for yourself. You will agree that Aloha Nu TM Extra Virgin Coconut Oil is the highest quality, best tasting coconut oil on the market.
